Why might the Louisiana Purchase have relations to Manifest Destiny?
How will/will not impact the British Colonies upon this act?

Here is a representation of United States of America. The ''Brown shaded" area represents France's pre owned land. Lets take the flashback.
SUMMARY
The Louisiana Purchase relates to Manifest Destiny because of expansion to the U.S.A, by the president, who wanted to purchase New Orleans to expand the American civilization for their country. The Louisiana Purchase included the purchase of not only New Orleans, but also all of Louisiana to create a coast-to-coast expansion. Manifest Destiny is relevant to the purchase because it had included far more space for Americans to settle, colonize, and the power to be its own. France sold the Louisiana Land and New Orleans to increase their budget.
The Louisiana Purchase expands from the Gulf of Mexico, to the Rocky Mountains. Louisiana and New Orleans was purchased for about $15 Million Dollars. And now because of the purchase, the land is destined to stretch from coast to coast, and potential to seeking Americans from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic Ocean.

Key Points
-With the purchase of Louisiana, this has benefited the French with more money for supporting their military troops, earning money to colonize their country better, and raising potential for them to seek new lands.
-In U.S.A, Thomas Jefferson has not only obtained the land he wanted, but he also received a great deal to create the ''Manifest Destiny" for their states.
-This land has theoretically filled in the gap between the west and east coast of America. If we refer to the first picture, the land in the middle of America was owned by France, which now has represented the expansion of America.

The ''White Coloured'' Land represents the land that was bought by United States of America in 1803.
British colonies (including B.N.A) were not effected in any matter.
If there was such a plot twist to this event, where the United States would have not only bought Louisiana, but they also bought parts of British North America. There'd would most certainly be an event towards this; The Fenians, as they wanted to free Irish and stop slavery in B.N.A, was the whole idea of helping Canada become a country (confederation).
And now, U.S.A have potential to this land, and must unite it....
